AquaFX Chlorine, Chloramine FiltersThe Chloramine Blaster uses a specialized carbon material that is a much better catalyst for chlorine and chloramine removal. These filters will outlive traditional carbons, making up for the additional cost through less frequent carbon changes. A Chloramine Blaster will provide 2 to 10 times longer life for the deionization chamber, depending on the initial water chemistry. The Chloramine Blaster filter must be soaked for 24 hours prior to use. Change the filter when chlorine is detected in water after filtration. Retrofit is compatible with many reverse osmosis systems. |
