The FB900 measures 96" high and 60" x 60" wide at the top, with an 18" diameter twist-off lid. We suggest mounting the filter either in the ground (with only the upper 16" showing) or above ground, using a custom fabricated cradle for single or multiple filters.
This filter holds 2,000 pounds of sand media (included), totaling over 150,000 sq.ft. of surface area! The 300-gpm max flowrate is adjustable through a 3" FNPT inlet located near the top of the filter. The two 4" FNPT outlet fittings (included) are not installed, thus allowing you to select from 14 possible outlet locations (in the upper housing) to fit your specific needs.
Flowrates, media sizes and densities can be custom-tailored to suit specialized applications (such as the removal of nitrate). Please call for further information.
