Cuno HP Series Reverse Osmosis UnitsThese high-pressure R/O units are designed for long-term performance. Using thin film composite (TFC®) R/O membranes, they provide a high volume of purified water while maintaining a minimal rejection level. These industrial R/O systems have been workhorses in the commercial reverse osmosis marketplace for over 15 years.
Features include stainless steel pressure vessels and frame, pressure relief valve and a fast-flush valve. An inlet solenoid valve automatically shuts off feed water when system is off. The thermally protected rotary vane pump is quiet, efficient and has low pressure protection. Each unit has a 3/8" inlet/outlet and includes pump, membranes, pressure vessels and installation instructions. Maximum allowable feed pressure to R/O is 85 psi. Minimum feed pressure is 35 psi. Typical TDS rejection >96%. Not for use with salt or brackish water. Pumps are 115V/60 Hz (230V, 50 Hz also available). Limited one-year warranty does not cover membranes or pre-filters. Made in USA.
Reverse osmosis is one of the few processes that can effectively remove the following types of impurities: - Particulate matter, turbidity, sediments.
- Toxic metals.
- Microorganisms.
- Colloidal matter.
- Asbestos.
- Dissolved solids.
- Pesticides and herbicides.
- Heavier organic molecules.
- Radioactive elements.
Feed Water Requirements: - Hydrogen Sulfide: None Allowed
- Organics: <1 mg/L
- Free Chlorine: 0 mg/L
- Manganese: < .1 mg/L
- Silica: <30 mg/L
- Iron: < .1 mg/L
- Turbidity: <1 NTU
- TDS: 2,000 mg/L max

Note: Chlorinated feed water requires use of optional module (W534). It consists of a triple 20" pre-filter (5-micron plus 2–20" carbon). Nonchlorinated water systems require a single 20" pre-filter (5-micron). R/O Specifications Ships directly from the manufacturer. |
