Cold Water Touch TankOur Touch Tank makes it easy to display coldwater organisms in your classroom. The tank measures 30" x 30" x 52" high and comes preplumbed with bag filter to remove solids, secondary pre-filter pad to trap smaller solids, biofilter media, circulation pump, 1/4-hp water chiller and venturi water return for aeration. The overflow is oversized so as not to be disrupted by starfish or other animals. The tank is on rollers and will fit easily through a classroom door.
The top viewing area measures 30" x 30" x 12" and is made of thermal pane tempered glass to insulate and prevent sweating. The glass has a rounded 316 stainless steel rolled lip to prevent organisms from climbing out. A semiclear lid allows partial viewing from the top and keeps organisms inside.
All the necessary items to get started are included: salt mix, hydrometer, thermometer, instructions, net, extra filter bag and bacteria. Includes UV sterilizer and chiller. One-year warranty.
