The Y52 is a digital meter that displays both D.O. and °C simultaneously. It has a RS232 port so that 70 date and time stamped D.O./temperature readings can be downloaded to a personal computer. The oxygen range is 0–19.99 mg/L with an accuracy of ± .02 mg/L, manually adjusted salinity correction. Approximately 100 hours of use from six alkaline D batteries (included). Water-resistant case. Dimensions are 8 1/2" x 11" x 3 3/4". Probe and cable are not included in price.
YSI D.O. Probes
The Y5718 probe with 12' cable is typically used for aquaculture wastewater, lab and shallow applications. The Y5739 requires a cable (10' to 100') and is typically used for deeper applications because it is pressure-compensated. Y5775, Y5793 and Y5794 are not for use with Y5905 or Y5239 probes.
