The YSI® 5200 water quality monitoring system set new standards for versatility and reliability. Welcome to the next generation. Designed for aquaculture and other applications that require real-time monitoring, the 5200A RSM measures dissolved oxygen, pH, ORP, conductivity, salinity and temperature! The 5200A RSM can accept additional inputs, including total dissolved gas sensors, water level sensors, pressure sensors, flow sensors, etc. It's also a controller and alarm system. When used with AquaManager® software, it can email alarms if connected directly to a computer or phone alarms when connected to an internal modem. It will even network with other RSMs.

The Y5200A RSM utilizes a multiprobe sonde for simultaneous oxygen, temperature, conductivity, salinity, pH and ORP measurement (calibration solutions sold separately). The probe can be submersed directly into a tank or threaded into a gland for in-line measurement. The polarographic oxygen probe requires little water movement to provide extremely accurate oxygen readings. Two-year warranty on meter, 1-year on probes and cable. NEMA 4X enclosure. CE-approved and UL-listed.
AquaManager® Software
This Windows®-based software is application specific software that is used for automatic or manual communication between the YSI® 5200 water quality monitoring system and a computer. It also can be used to analyze data, generate reports, determine trends with graphs and manage system parameters and set points. The graphical interface can display up to six parameters You can import a picture or drawing of the layout of tanks or ponds for user friendly viewing of the parameters. International compatibility with Windows® and online updates.
Auxiliary Inputs
The 5200A RSM has two auxiliary inputs, an analog input (0–1VDC, 0–5VDC or 4–20 mA) and a digital input (contact open/close w/current source) for use with pressure switch, water-level switch, etc.
Timers/Feeders
The YSI® 5200A water quality monitoring system has four built-in, 24 hour, 10-event timers for control of lights, pumps, valves, etc. A fifth timer is configured as a feed timer that allows the user to set the initial total biomass in the system, the percent biomass being fed and the feed conversion ration (FCR). The timer then determines feed rates by calculating the increased biomass based on the user-defined FCR. The timer is also able to adjust feeding rates based on oxygen, pH and temperature measurements.
TCP/IP
The Y5200A will email datagram records at user-defined intervals.
WAN
The Y5200A has an RS232 for connection to a PC via modem or IP.
LAN
The RS485 network will support both twisted pair cable and fiber optic interface. The 485 port is optically isolated. Flow cell (Y3059): 203 mL. Easily disassembles for complete cleaning. Compatible with Y55624, Y556210 and Y556220.
